Choose how to pay

Qrio’s base prices are £1.99 per month or £22.92 for 12 months, paid in advance with automatic annual renewal. Eligible new orders can start with a 7-day free trial. The annual price includes the 4% discount, rounded to the nearest penny. These remain GBP base prices even when you pay in another currency.

Stripe uses your location to offer a supported local currency, such as euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars. You can choose the currency offered at checkout or pay in GBP. Availability depends on your location, payment method and Stripe’s eligibility rules; if a local currency is unavailable, checkout remains in GBP.

Exchange rates, fees and renewals

Stripe shows the converted total before you confirm. Its displayed exchange rate includes a conversion fee, currently 2–4%. If you choose GBP, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Do not treat a GBP price shown in Qrio as a fixed local-currency quote.

Monthly or annual recurring billing continues on the selected schedule. Review Stripe’s subscription confirmation and subsequent invoices for the currency, conversion and amount charged. Local-currency amounts can change with exchange rates. Valid voucher discounts are applied at checkout. The free trial, if selected and eligible, delays the first payment by 7 days; cancel before it ends to avoid a subscription charge.

Taxes and billing address

Enter your actual billing country and address at checkout. UK prices include VAT. Applicable tax treatment depends on your location and the tax settings available to the business; Stripe displays the calculated tax and final total before you confirm. Businesses may enter a tax ID where supported.

Refunds in the currency you paid

Qrio calculates refunds using the GBP base payment and the cancellation rules in the terms. This includes the annual discount adjustment before month 12, subject to the stated exceptions. Stripe converts the refund back into the currency used for the original payment at that payment’s exchange rate. A partial refund returns the corresponding portion. Your Stripe receipt is the record of the local-currency amount; Qrio may show the GBP calculation.

Company cancellation and statutory rights remain as described in the terms and conditions. Contact info@silvaforest.solutions for help.
